Some corporate blogs are subtle, even beautiful. Some are feisty or controversial. Kodak’s two blogs – which we just started reading – are human and helpful.
Kodak describes A Thousand Nerds as:
…a place for ideas and knowledge sharing from the people of Kodak about technology. We love what we do, and we want to share our expertise about digital imaging’s technologies and its power to influence our world.
Take the in-depth technology focus away and you’ve got Kodak’s other blog, A Thousand Words. In both, the posts are all from real employees, past and present. Here’s one of the geekier entries discussing panoramic photography at length. And here’s one from the company’s more mainstream blog containing tips for taking cuter baby pictures.
Which corporate blogs are you reading? We’d love to add some good ones to our RSS feed, so let us know.
P.S. You can add us to your RSS feed, if you want. Just click on Subscribe to our Feed up at the top, right side of this page.

Allison,
Tom from Kodak here. Hey thanks for the kudos – glad you like the Kodak blogs. We work hard (and have fun!) with it. We are coming up on the one year anniversary of the 1000Words blog next week. We are proud that we have published every business day since then and, of course, that every post has had photos! – tom
