NYT Lens Blog 11 News Photoblogs Worth Following

Plenty of newspapers have daily photoblogs these days – the online equivalent of bygone photojournalistic print magazines like Life or Look. Photoblogs can tell great stories through images, but they’re not limited to pictures alone. You’ll find terrific text articles, audio slideshows, video and more.

We’re big photoblog fans, because these rich news sources provide a place for photojournalism to expand and shine. We wanted to share this list of the best and brightest, so you can follow along too. From the New York Times Lens blog to Reuters’ Photographers blog, they’re well worth keeping up with.

And if you’ve got a favorite photoblog of your own, please let us – and your fellow Blurbarians – know about it.

  1. My latest book, just uplinked is now my 12th photography book title: This new one features black and white images mostly from New Mexico plus a few from Arizona and California. The present edition has German text, but I plan to make and English language version… Watch this space!
