My holidays usually go something like this: Work. Shop. Shop more. Stress. Shop at the last minute. Rush. Travel. See family. See friends. Laugh. Reflect. And finally, I relax just in time to head back to work. How do you cope with the pace? Yoga classes? Nuclear-strength espresso shots? Marathon bubble baths? Share some survival tips below.
If Blurb is a part of your holiday plans, one thing you can do to take the edge off is get your gift books ordered by December 9. That’s how you avoid rush-shipping charges and eliminate the risk of not having your books in time. (Barring no ice storms, postal strikes, or other such occurrences. Our Canadian friends can tell you about last year’s winter storm and what it did to their holiday deliveries.)
We cannot stress this enough. Want your books by December 24? Then you should order them by December 9 (by 11:59 PM PST). Stick to that and relax.
FYI: Blurb does not recommend Swiss Post Economy for holiday deliveries due to long delivery times and the inability to track these orders.
