It’s a big moment for self-published books! The Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, together with Indie Photobook Library, is featuring selected photography books in an exhibit at the Corcoran from November 2 – 20, 2011.
The exhibit, curated by Muriel Hasbun, chair of photography, and Susan Sterner, director of photojournalism programs at the Corcoran College of Art + Design, features 27 books, including 8 Blurb books.
To get this recognition in the world of art is not only a great thing for our Blurb authors, it’s also a momentous occasion for all who showcase their work in self-published books.
Huge congratulations to all whose books are exhibited, and to the featured Blurb authors:
Christopher Dawson, Coverage (Blurb, 2010)
Mark Dyball, View From This Side (Blurb, 2009)
