Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years are finally here, and we’re going to be taking a little time off to see our families and celebrate the ringing in of 2009.
So how does this affect you and your books?
Our Customer Support team will be available to answer your questions until 2 p.m. PST on December 24 and will be closed on the 25. Same thing will happen again the following week – we’ll be answering questions till 2 p.m. PST on December 31 and closed on the first of January. If you need help during our limited holiday hours, please check out our FAQs and Forums.
Books will still be printed over the next two weeks, but our printers will also be working on a limited production schedule. The estimated ship dates for any books ordered during the next two weeks will include business days only and not the holidays we’ll be closed.
If you have pressing deadlines for early January, we recommend you order as early as possible. While we do everything in our power to get you your books as quickly as we can, the winter months are notorious for a good storm or two wreaking havoc on delivery times.
