Ever wanted to give a Facebook shout-out to something you “liked” on Blurb? We hope so. Now it’s as simple as clicking the Facebook “like” buttons you’ll find strewn around Blurb.com in some very convenient places.
So try it out. Give a big Facebook “like” to:
• a favorite Blurb book (and comment, too)
• a Blurb author (even yourself!)
• a Blurb video (if you loved that webinar or storytelling video, tell the world)
• a Blurberati Blog post
• Photography Book Now
• Blurb for Good
• the whole Blurb site (at the bottom of every page)
It’s fun to share your faves – and perfect if you’re ready to promote and sell your Blurb book, too.
Blurb author and photographer Johnny Mason’s book Flint: In the Details is one great example of how to connect all the dots with Facebook and Blurb’s promotional tools. Mason’s fanbase is growing, he links directly to his Facebook page and Etsy shop, and he’s selling his book to benefit a cause, too.
Plenty of Blurbarians are experiencing increased popularity with our new Facebook function. So get out there, share the “like,” and see what happens.
Now, if only Facebook would come up with a “love” button, so we could show ours for all the wonderful books you keep on making…
