Hey book makers, while this might not be the most exciting announcement we’ve ever made, we want to let you know that we’ve made a few changes to our Support pages. It’s still the same people, but some technical stuff is a little different:
1) The url for Blurb Support is now support.blurb.com. So please change any bookmarks you may have that pointed to our old site (blurb.custhelp.com)
2) We’re working hard to move over any existing tickets now. If you have any open tickets going to email@example.com, and have not received a response by early next week, you’ll need to open a new ticket. Please include your old incident number and a brief description of the problem in the new ticket and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
3) Chat Support is not currently available, but we’ll be bringing this popular feature back in the next couple of weeks.
4) Incident IDs will now be a little different too – so don’t be surprised if you get a new ID that’s only 4 digits, instead of the old 20 or so.
Why the changes? We needed to start fresh so we can start rolling out some new and improved support features in the coming weeks and months. Have questions? Just contact us at support.blurb.com.
