From June 20 – 26 we’ll be on the Parvis in Cannes, participating in this year’s Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, which is one of the world’s biggest celebrations of creativity.
There’s an incredible line-up of speakers, from Ben Stiller through to Sir Martin Sorrell. Plus, we’re really excited to be publishing the official 2010 wrap book, “Cannes Captured 2010.” And this is where you come in…
Our partnership with Cannes Lions means that for the first time people attending the show will be able to recommend content that has impressed them. “Cannes Captured 2010″ will be about delegates’ experiences of the festival. It’s the people that make the festival what it is and what better way to capture the experience of the show than in an official book.
The resulting book will be a showcase for the creativity, ideas, and energy of the show and people looking to buy the book will have the option of personalising the front cover with an image of their choice
We’re inviting people to come and visit our stand on the Parvis to submit anything inspired by their week at Cannes, including photos, illustrations, or text, for a chance to feature in the official wrap book. And if you don’t manage to drop by, you can also email work to email@example.com.
Up to five submissions will be accepted per person. Recommended specifications are 300 dpi for photos and files no bigger than 5mb. Files should include your name and a short description of the picture/artwork. All submissions require a signed release form. Image quality and size will be taken into consideration. Deadline for submissions has been extended to July 14.
