In the spring of 2010, Dan Milnor will be teaching a PhotoExperience workshop in Cusco, Peru, from March 27 — April 5. Dan will be working with the producer of the PhotoExperience workshops, Adam L. Weintraub, who specializes in photography in Cusco. The PhotoExperience workshops combine inspiring artists which offer insight and collaboration in an intimate setting. To find out more, click here.
Dan is one of our most prolific Blurb bookmakers, and has been a part of the Blurb story since the beginning. He continually pushes the envelope on projects that focus on his personal work, and that are a part of his photography business. You can check out Dan’s website here, his blog here, and some of his work in the Blurb Bookstore here.
One of Dan’s goals on the trip to Peru is to leave with a project that will live on as a book. For more of Dan’s thoughts, head on over to his blog post on the workshop, and some of his thoughts as he begins to plan for the trip.
We realize it can be tough to take the time out of your life to go on a journey like this one, but to have this experience with a photographer and a teacher like Dan is an extraordinary opportunity. We hope some of you will take advantage. (Not to mention by then Dan’s beard may have a life of its own.)
