The support tool we use to host our FAQs and answer your email questions is getting upgraded today at 2 p.m. PST/ 8 p.m. GMT. We’re pretty excited because this upgrade will let us add new functionality in the future which means we’ll be able to answer your questions quicker and more efficiently.

You won’t notice any changes on the site side, but our staff will notice on the back-end. We know the timing might not be great for a few of you and for that, we apologize in advance.

In the meantime, if you need some general information, our forum community can help you out with just about everything. If you have a specific question about your order, best use the support forms when they are back online.

We’ll be back online around 4 p.m. PST/10 p.m. GMT and ready to answer your questions then.
