Hope everyone had a nice weekend and enjoyed Mother’s Day. We did. The first Blurb book ever was made for Mother’s Day two years ago, so this weekend was especially meaningful for us. It’s also pretty cool to look back on that book and see just how far we’ve come in just two years. It’s inspiring actually. And in the spirit of inspiration (please forgive the cheesy segue), I wanted to share with you a book that a few of us found independently over the weekend and called out for being well-done and interesting.

The book is Flatland by Terry Self, a fine art photographer in Ontario, Canada.

Last Friday Chad wrote a blog post about Blurb taking a fresh look at our blog, and some of the comments we’ve heard to this point are all about us helping to bubble up more content to inspire you. Consider this a first crack.

This book, by the way – shameless plug alert – is the kind of content that’s just begging to be entered into Photography.Book.Now. We hope Terry plans to submit Flatland, and we hope it’s inspirational enough to get you out there making something awesome too.
