If you’re a long-term reader of our blog, you may remember that last year’s International Talk Like a Pirate Day brought all of us at Blurb an unforgettable visit from Captain Jack Spareribs. Well, it’s that day again, the one salty day a year that you can get away with calling your coworkers scallywaygs, saucy wenches, and scurvy dogs. I thought I was putting in a decent showing coming in to work today rocking the skull & crossbones on my shirt, sweater, and shoes, but our fine friends at Flickr have shown me that I am a mere swabbie in comparison to their swashbuckling ways. That’s right, you can set your whole Flickr interface to talk to you like a pirate.

How cool is that? Very. How easy is it? Very. Just log in to Flickr and scroll all the way down to the language selectors at the bottom of the page. Then click on “Arrr!” to set your language. You’ll be plundering in no time flat.
