If you want a thrilling adrenaline rush, you could skydive, swim with sharks, or wait until the very last second to order your holiday books. (The final cut-off date is 11:59 PM PST on December 12.) For the rest of us, getting our books finished and ordered before December 12 is exciting enough.
Remember, if you want to receive your books by December 24, then your orders must be placed by December 12 using expedited shipping via UPS.

Our book production and delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days once you\’ve ordered, and depending on your shipping option. If you order by today at 11:59PM PST, and choose a UPS expedited option, you should have it by December 24.

I have been waiting since 10:30pm EST for my book to download, I am at 92 MB and need to download 361 MB and it is going at a really slow pace now. Earlier with the other downloads it went much faster. I hae been waiting up and it is now 12:16am for me and I am rush ing against the clock, are there any exceptions. This is a wedding album for my parents, I got married a few months ago and really wanted to give this to them for Christmas. Can you help?

So we missed the deadline :-( With 10 month old son (whom book is about) there just are too many things to get in the way of leisurely making a great book with great software!
Now to the question: if we missed the deadline and order in the next few days (say by the 14th) when WOULD we get the book? At this point, we’ve resigned ourselves to getting it post xmas, but if it were just a few days after (say 27th) all would be well.

As you can imagine, you’re not the only one who missed the deadline. Our books still take 5 to 6 business days to print once you’ve ordered. Tack on the remaining time based on the shipping option you choose (at this point, we recommend expedited shipping only) and you will come up with a pretty good estimate of when your book will be delivered. We can’t account for crazy Winter storms, but UPS tracking can help you keep track of things.
