We normally present one book as our BOTW, sometimes two when we’re feeling indecisive, but this week we wanted to showcase a few top picks to help give you a little inspiration for books this holiday season.
“Mighty Bearcats 2008” is an awesome example of a team sports book, in this case a girls soccer club. Team books are a great way to say thanks to team captains and tireless parents who showed support at every practice, game and bake sale. Slurp photos directly from your computer or any of our partner photo sites to make your book in a snap or use GroupBook to collaborate with other parents.
For the more artistically inclined, we suggest photography and art books showcasing your best work. Not only can you give them to family and friends, you can use them as portfolios too! Check out Melissa Gidney’s “shift” and Dale O’Dell’s “The Surreal Landscape” for some ideas on how to lay out your work.
Last but not least, the wedding book. We see a plethora of great wedding books come through the door, and this one is at the top of the list for the week. Check out Brittany and Nicolas’ wedding book for some inspiration on how to design your own memorable book.
