K Faulkes and everyone ... regarding flat-rate shipping to Canada – we did find a small glitch and some orders are not seeing the Economy/flat-rate option. If that has happened to you please contact customer support so we can help out. This problem will be fixed later this week.

Has anyone else noticed an appreciable lowering of print quality in their Blurb books? Suddenly they are far less vibrant. I am very disappointed with the quality and, of course, since there is no way to actually speak to Blurb, there has been no response to my complaints. I have been ordering from Blurb for years but will not do so any more or suggest Blurb to others. Too bad, because I really loved the products I received before.

I'll try to take a stab at as many of these as I can...

- flat-rate shipping is in effect now.
- you can continue to work on current projects within BookSmart 2.5.
- suggestion for large blog project - work in multiple volumes, one per year.
- thanks for suggestions on other places to expand our flat-rate shipping - we take all this feedback into consideration, so will be checking on these things ASAP.

thanks!!
