Finalists have been chosen for the 2010 Magnum Expression Award. This international competition seeks to inspire change and awareness through photography.
Blurb is proud to be a sponsor of this event. The awards ceremony will take place Friday, 12 November as a part of the Brighton Photo Biennial, curated by Magnum photographer Martin Parr. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by. The ceremony will start at 6:00 p.m. at the Sallis Benney Theater (58-67 Grand Parade, Brighton).
In addition to a USD $10,000 grant, the grand prize winner will receive an HP Designjet large-format printer, USD $3,000 in book publishing from Blurb, a PhotoShelter Pro account, mentorship from the Magnum jury, and the opportunity to produce a multimedia essay of his or her work with the Magnum in Motion team.
