Photography.Book.Now 2009 is bringing the party to Chicago! So far we’ve hosted events in New York, San Francisco, and London, and each city has been better than the last. We haven’t had the opportunity to check in our people in the windy city as often as we’d like, so we’re pretty excited to hang out with you all.
Chicago’s Photography.Book.Now meet-up takes place October 27, from 6-9pm at the Art Institute of Chicago, 111 South Michigan Ave. Fair warning that these events have all overbooked so far, so you’ll want to get on the list ASAP.
Bring your book. Have a drink and enjoy some food. Mix it up with other photographers, gallery owners, publishers, educators, press, industry insiders, and of course, the Blurberati.
Lead Judge Darius Himes will be in the house, along with some of the 2009 honorees. And the spotlight will be on the winning books, exploring subjects diverse, moving, and quirky. So bring your Blurb book, bring a friend, and join us for a great night.
The event is free and tickets are limited, so be sure to RSVP soon!
