Maybe instead of making parties that will please just a few of your customers, you should work on your customer service (everyone seems to be complaining about it on dpreview.com and other forums) and speeding up your production line…
Bravo, Francesco! I agree completely! Also, the patronising text in the “A Book is Coming Your Way” PDF file that is being sent out as a bit of damage control (highly misguided as it is) fails bitterly in its attempt to provide any compensation. I mean, telling people “…consider anticipation as part of its charm…” (or however it was worded) is border-line insulting. Bah humbug.
