We take a lot of Polaroids. They line Blurb’s halls, office windows, and bulletin boards. In fact, every employee gets a Polaroid close-up as soon as they start at Blurb. So we were sad to read that Polaroid is abandoning its instant photo business. No more Polaroid instant film after 2009.
You’ve broken our hearts, Polaroid, but we hope that some cool company licenses the technology and carries on the fun tradition. Until then, we’ll be stockpiling film.
Will you miss taking instant pictures? Talk to us. We see a lot of Polaroid pictures in Blurb books, so we know that Blurbarians will have an opinion on this.

i’m in mourning as well. and had the same thought – someone out there somewhere has to be a polaroid fan and have some buckaroos to keep making it!
