Small victories count too, right?

If you want to know how much it’ll cost to ship your book to wherever you want it to go, you can now use our handy shipping calculator to estimate that cost for you.

ShipCalc Want to know how much your book will cost to ship?

We know our book pricing charts make it pretty clear what books cost. But, when it came to telling you your actual shipping prices, because of all the factors involved, there was no easy way to do that. You let us know – in the blog, in the Forums, and in Suggestions and Feedback – that you really wanted to get and estimate for shipping costs before actually placing an order. We’ve rolled it out today.

Here’s some fine print … When you use our shipping calculator, please keep in mind that these estimated shipping costs are based on many things, including the destination postal or zip code of your book, the number of pages you print, how many books you order, whether you choose hardcover or softcover, and what shipping option you choose. We also print at different print facilities due to volume and other factors, which potentially changes shipping methods, so until you actually order your book, the Shipping Calculator estimates are just that – estimates. Your final shipping cost might be more or less depending on any or all of the factors above.

So that’s the intro to our new shipping calculator. Take it for a whirl and let us know what you think.

  1. Nice service. But do you realize your graphics for the Standard Landscape and Standard Portrait are switched? Easy enough to fix, though.

  2. Great! This is very helpful. The only thing is that the graphics don’t all match the wording for the book type. The portrait and the landscape graphics are mixed up.

  3. Gosh, that’s embarrassing. I won’t tell you how many people looked at this before it went live, but I will tell you we’ll get it fixed very soon.

    Thanks for keeping us honest!
